    Common questions about funding

    How long does approval take?

It varies. NDIS and Aged Care typically respond within 1–3 weeks. We can help speed things up with clear documentation.

What if my application is rejected?

We'll work with you to understand why and resubmit with more detail if needed. You can also choose to self-fund.

Do I need a letter from my doctor?

Sometimes, yes. For NDIS, an OT or health professional report helps. For Aged Care, your care coordinator can guide you. We'll let you know what's needed.

Can I trial a device before I buy?

We don't offer trials, but we have a clear refund policy if the device isn't suitable. Talk to us about your specific needs first.
